“I found Wyns Samoyeds through Google search.I contacted Thérèse about a female puppy and she was so helpful,patient and prompt when answering my many questions by phone and email over the next few days while I contemplated getting this puppy.Through these interactions, I could tell Thérèse is a professional and friendly breeder who cares about her dogs and it was easy to trust her.When I decided to get the puppy,she took the time to share lots of information with me,from feeding to grooming to health care and more.I decided to go with a local delivery service organized by Thérèse since it was winter and driving was dangerous.My puppy arrived safe and sound and the delivery man was gentle and caring with her.I took a risk by getting this puppy,having never met her.But through getting to know Thérèse and learning about my puppy,her parents and her environment I was confident I would be matched with the perfect pet.I named her Misha and with her gentle and spunky temperament she brings so much life and joy to my home and everywhere we go.Not to mention she is gorgeous with her bear face,biscuit colouring on her eyes and ears,and shiny coat.I couldn’t be happier with my experience all around-from Thérèse to the delivery service and to being matched with Misha!’’
